Smoked to the Bone is Green Bay’s favorite BBQ food trailer specializing in fresh made Tex-Mex inspired cuisine and Gourmet Burgers. All our food is made to order with fresh, never frozen, ingredients and flavors that will leave you wanting more. Whether you come for our famous pulled pork or our homemade BBQ sauces, you will find the experience to be amazing. We look forward to seeing and serving you.

Wine Down Wednesday Pairing

  • $15 wine and food pairing – Three 2oz pours of our best sellers paired with gourmet items prepared by Smoked to the Bone!
  • Additional food items will be available to purchase.

Admission

Admission is free; everything else is à la carte.

Event Details

  • Must be at least 21 to consume alcohol, but under 21 are welcome to come and shop food & retail items.
  • No food or drink carry-ins are allowed.

We reserve the right to use photos or videos taken of visitors while they are at Captain’s Walk Winery or events for publicity purposes.
