Wine Dinner featuring the Black and Tan at Captain’s Walk Winery

Duck breast with smoked parsnips and roasted root vegetables with a glace de canard Pairing: 2012 Merlot
NY Strip, au poivre, with roasted mushroom, cauliflower, fingerling potatoes and demi glace. Pairing: 2012 Cabernet
Handmade raspberry cream chocolate truffles and Captain’s Mistress port wine filled chocolates. Pairing: Captain’s Mistress
The dessert will be crafted by Captain’s Walk Winery’s very own chef and paired with the rare opportunity of a barrel tasting in the cellar!
This event is not one that you’re going to want to miss. The seating will be limited to 40 people for the event (with seating arrangements grouped by 4 individuals per table.)
