Marquette Rosé Release Party
March 22 @ 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Come celebrate with us, the release of our Marquette Rosé!
Impressions from our Wine-Maker:
Marquette Rosé, a first of its kind made from dark-skinned red Marquette grapes, entices the palate with sweet and tangy strawberry flavors. This grape has been grown locally in Door County at the Stony Creek Vineyard since 2006. It is a cold-hardy variety that buds early in the season. Developed at the University of Minnesota, this grandchild of Pinot Noir is a complex hybrid with black currant, cherry, and spice notes, excellent for rosés and medium-bodied dry reds.
The Marquette Rosé pairs well with poultry, seafood, pork, spicy dishes, salad, Asian, and fresh fruit, which makes this wine a great go to rosé!
At the release party, you will enjoy a complimentary tasting of our Marquette Rosé, free appetizers and discounts on glasses of Marquette Rosé.
While you are at Captain’s Walk, feel free to order from our Bistro. Our menu is online for easy access, so you can plan your night before even getting here!
No reservations are needed to attend this Thursday night tasting. Simply visit us on March 22nd from 4 to 7 pm. Anticipate enjoying light appetizers and some great deals!
We look forward to sharing the evening with you and to hear your thoughts on our Marquette Rosé! Cheers!
