What to do? Dance to classic rock by the Annie Rose Band. Sip wines and savor handmade cheese and chocolate fondues. Check out the special Vintage Tasting in our cellar. Sample wines inside of the winery. Bring friends and share some plates of yummy fondue.
You’re still reading so here’s some extra information that’s only for you. That Trés Rouge that we mentioned, it’s a pretty special wine to us. Our staff put it together with samples from three different wine varieties, Tempranillo, Mourvedre, and Petit Verdot. What does that taste like, you ask? Glad that we put that question into your head! Here’s the short answer…
This wine is rich and supple. It greets the nose with
warm notes of licorice, clove, vanilla and cracked
pepper. Taste sumptuous flavors of ripe mulberry,
pomegranate, and plum with a finish that offers
sweet oak and suede-like tannins.
If you want the long answer, please come to FUNdue and partake in the tasting of this wine. We’re looking forward to your feedback too!
